Libby Duskie

Libby has overall sales responsibility for Central North Carolina. Libby has (32) thirty-two years experience in the food service industry. (5) five years with a Broadliner. (5) five years with a distributor. (22) twenty-two years as a manufacturer’s equipment factory representative for ITW and now Manitowoc Foodservice Equipment Group. Libby is CFSP Level II certified, Serv-safe certified, a member of the local MAFSI chapter, and has completed her third year of CPMR.

Tom Utsey

Tom has overall sales responsibility for Central South Carolina. Tom has (27) twenty-seven years experience in the food service industry. (3) Three years with a dealer/fabricator. (24) twenty-four years as a manufacturer's representative. Tom currently serves on several manufacturers’ rep councils and is President of our local MAFSI chapter.

John Lese

John has overall sales responsibility for Coastal North and South Carolina. John has (24) twenty-four years experience in the food service industry. Twelve (12) years with a dealer/fabricator. (12) twelve years as a manufacturer's representative.

Ryan Morris

Ryan has overall sales responsibility for Western North Carolina. Ryan has (3) three years experience in the food service equipment industry. All as a manufacturers’ representative. Ryan is a graduate of UNC Charlotte.

Billy Hecklau

Billy has overall sales responsibility for Central North Carolina. Billy has over (18) eighteen years experience in both food service operations and food service equipment sales. The past (8) eight years have been spent with the Manitowoc Foodservice Equipment Group. He is a graduate from The University of South Carolina.

Joe Incorvaia, Jr.

Joe has overall sales responsibility for quotations, order entry and tracking, day to day operations and is the office senior manager. Joe has worked in various areas within the foodservice industry for (17) seventeen years. (4) Four years as a purchasing agent with a dealer/fabricator. (10) ten years as a sales/purchasing agent with a dealer. (3) three years of inside sales experience.

Monica Carter

Monica has the overall sales responsibility of receptionist, quotations, tracking orders and handling the overflow from Joe’s desk. Monica is a graduate of Appalachian State University. Monica has been with us since April of 09.

Mark Saucedo

Mark is our newest member of the inside sales and support staff. Mark comes from within the industry and has been associated with a dealer/fabricator. Mark has worked for (14) fourteen years in the sales and management of national chain accounts equipment packages. Mark has been with us since November 09.
